Definitions used with in our Terms and Conditions :
Owners of Edenshire Landpods referred to as “we”, “our” and “us”
All members of the holiday party referred to as “you”, “your” and “guests”
The person whose name is on the booking form referred to as the “Responsible Person”
We reserve the right to accept or decline bookings entirely at our discretion. Initial contact should be made via email on our website. This does not form a contract between us. A contract is formed when your booking is confirmed via a letter of booking confirmation sent to you by email.
The contract for a short term holiday rental will be between the property owners of Edenshire Landpods and the person whose name is on the booking form ( referred to as ‘Responsible Person’ )when booking.
The responsible person agrees to take full responsibility for ensuring that the following terms and conditions are adhered to by all members of the party. The responsible person must stay at the accommodation throughout the holiday and must be at least 21 yrs of age at the time of booking .
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Any party who has falsified information at the booking stage may be refused entry on arrival and the deposit will be non-refundable.
We can only discuss your bookings with the responsible person we cannot discuss the booking with another member of your party unless you give express consent for us to do so.
Payments
A £100 damage/cleanliness/key deposit is required per rented Landpod when booking and will be refunded on departure after the inspection of your Landpod/wet room/ shared areas, should no damage or losses be found.
You may also choose to pay the full balance at the time of booking. Payment in full is required at the time of booking if your stay is less than 10 days away.
The remaining balance must be paid in full 10 days before your stay. You will receive a reminder email before the payment is due and a confirmation email once your payment is received.
If the balance is not paid by the due date, Edenshire Landpods reserves the right to re-let the pod and retain the deposit.
No entry to the site will be allowed without payment, in full, being cleared and received 10 days before your stay.
Arrivals and departures
From the 1st of September check in will be from 4pm until 7pm and in the winter months will change from 3pm -6pm. We are a small off grid private site that requires in person check ins and does not allow anyone access to the site without one. We are in an AONB with dark skies so we endeavour to keep the light pollution to a minimum there fore late check ins are not practical.
We reserve the right to refuse entry and cancel a booking should any guest arrive after the check in time slot.
Check out is by 10am.
Late arrivals must notify the site as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for a 24 period.
After this period the owners reserves the right to re-let your Landpod.
Landpods are allocated based on your requirements when booking.
Entrance to the site will be permitted when all guests on arriving have presented their identification and signed in.
Cancellations
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
If you cancel your holiday within the four week period (28 days) prior to your stay the initial booking deposit of £100 per rented Landpod will be retained.
If you cancel your holiday within the four week period (28 days) prior to your stay and at the time of booking your holiday you choose to pay the full amount , the initial deposit of £100 per rented Landpod will be retained and the cost of your holiday refunded.
If you cancel your holiday before your full balance is due for your stay, the initial deposit is non- refundable.
We recommend you take out travel insurance to insure against any cancellation you may make.
Cancellation by ourselves :
Edenshire Landpods will endeavour to make sure the stated Landpod is available for the dates contracted. If for any reason your accommodation becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances and no alternative is available all monies shall be returned in full and we shall not be under any other liability. No compensation or consequential losses shall be paid.

Payments
A £250 damage/cleanliness/key deposit is required when booking and will be refunded on departure after the inspection of the whole site, your Landpod/wet room/ shared areas, should no damage or losses be found.
For whole site rental payment in full is required at the time of booking. Your booking deposit and full payment for whole site rental totals £1250, excluding dog surcharges.
Cancellations
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
Should you choose to cancel your holiday 0 - 28 days prior to your holiday start date the full amount of £1000 is payable. Your £250 booking deposit will be refunded.
Should you choose to cancel your holiday 29 -56 days prior to your holiday start date then 50% of the full amount, £500 is payable and you will be refunded the remainder £500 plus your booking deposit £250 totalling £750.
If you cancel your holiday 57 days or more prior to your holiday start date 25% of the full amount, £250 is payable and you will be refunded the remainder £750 plus your booking deposit £250 totalling £1000.
We recommend you take out travel insurance to insure against any cancellation you may make.
Miscellaneous
The property owner is entitled to ask the responsible person to leave the property without any refund if, in the property owner’s opinion, the behaviour of the responsible person and/or his/her party is unacceptable.
The property owner reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone, who in the property owner’s opinion is not suitable to or capable of taking charge of the property.
The property owner reserves the right to ask the responsible person and their party to leave the property, without refund, should the behaviour of the responsible person and/or their party be considered by the property owner to be unreasonable.
Circumstances beyond our Control (Force Majeure)
If we are forced to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, in the first instance we will try to find you suitable available alternate dates, however we will be unable to offer refunds or be liable for any expenses incurred. Such circumstances shall include (but not be limited to) war, terrorism, riots or civil unrest, industrial action, flooding, natural disaster, epidemics, health risks or such similar events (“Force Majeure”). We recommend that you have adequate holiday insurance.
Data Protection Act 1998
Any personal contact data requested & collected is solely for the satisfactory completion of the transaction between you as the responsible person, and us as supplier of the premises. Your information is never provided to any other party or entity and is only used in strict accordance with the UK Data Protection Act.
